When you are about to have a kid, people who already have kids never hesitate to tell you, "Get ready! Your life is about to change and nothing will ever be the same." Although this tends to be irritating to hear over and over again, it is also very true. The thing is, you can never really be prepared for some of the surprises that come with having a small troglodyte ripping through your home. Over the past two years I have learned that, when you have kids, you need to be able to laugh it off and roll with the punches. Otherwise, some of the shit that goes along with having kids will drive you off the deep end.
